Crow's Nest is an operational intelligence platform that enables users to build widgets and dashboards for data visualization. The Service connects to user-configured data sources and does not store or retain any of your operational data.
Access to Crow's Nest is by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Crow's Nest does not see, store, or retain any of your operational data. Data connections are configured and managed by your organization. All data queries are executed directly between your browser and your configured data sources.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crow's Nest and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Widgets and dashboards you create using the Service remain your property. You grant Crow's Nest a limited license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Service includes AI-assisted code generation and configuration features. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before deployment. You are responsible for the final content of any widgets or dashboards you create.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crow's Nest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
